PATTY ROSETH | FOUNDER & CEO

With more than 20 years of administration experience, most recently in the entertainment industry, Patty brings an approachable can-do attitude to any project, along with exceptional management skills and a sharp attention to detail. She considers the big picture of an event, thus allowing her to anticipate needs and proactively address any issues that may arise, all while maintaining open communication with a calm, professional demeanor.

Kathy Page | Vice President

Known for her extraordinary work ethic and dedicated professionalism, Kathy has worked in close proximity with high-visibility celebrities and political figures for nearly 20 years. Well versed in the complexity of live and recorded programs, she comes at each project with an extensive skill set from her days as an on-site manager and is thus excellent at taking direction and executing instructions in a precise manner. She thrives in a collaborative environment and has worked in administration, asset protection, entertainment, event planning, hospitality, and security. There is no one better to handle crisis management, as she can seamlessly maintain order during high-stress situations.

KELLY LOVE PASAMONTE | PRODUCER

As Producer, Executive, Supervisor, Manager for Multi-Network TV Awards, New Media, Competition Reality Programs and Special Events, Kelly Love has over 20 Years specializing in Producing Talent Logistics and Communications for Live Television, Award Shows and Special Events as well as high profiled non-televised events. This experience has afforded her the platform to develop industry relationships and manage talent departments.  Kelly Love’s expertise involves coordinating and overseeing each event’s Talent Logistic system to be implemented during live events and taped telecasts.

With more than 30 years of sales, marketing, and financial leadership experience, Rick is passionate about serving others while building businesses that focus on our organization’s values. He believes in delivering the best client experience possible with the highest level of respect and appreciation.
